David Roberts submitted a sample on how to use MS CNG to create a HMAC.
Working my way through the old PBCrypto sections I noticed that the jcalg1.dll, required for Edwin's wrapper sample, no longer can be found at
sites that I would consider to be safe. I therefore dropped this entry from this mirror.
